Terms of Service

Use of Bri

These terms apply when you use Bri, including the public website, User Home, Bri Skill, Bri CLI, public API, and generated briefing pages. By using Bri, you agree to use it only within these terms and applicable law.

Product scope

Bri is a podcast-first product that turns RSS subscriptions into Podcast Briefings with companion reading pages. User Home is limited to Subscription setup, generation entrypoints, active production status, settings, and recent briefings; it is not a feed reader, content library, or full account console.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the feed URLs, OPML files, account actions, prompts, and generation requests you submit. Use Bri only with sources you are allowed to access, and do not use the service to process illegal, harmful, private, or confidential material without the right to do so.

Public briefings

Generated briefing links are public by possession. You are responsible for sharing those links and for checking whether a generated Podcast, reading page, transcript, source reference, or audio file is appropriate before relying on it or redistributing it.

Generated content

Bri uses automated systems and AI providers to summarize and transform feed content. Briefings may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or shaped by source availability and model behavior. Bri does not replace professional, financial, legal, medical, or safety advice.

Misuse

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse rate limits, interfere with the service, scrape private endpoints, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use Bri to infringe rights or violate source terms.

Service changes

Bri may change skill actions, API behavior, User Home behavior, public routes, limits, models, providers, or availability as the project evolves. The service may suspend or remove access when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or product changes.

No warranty

Bri is provided as is and without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Bri and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or reliance on generated content.
